It's a collections agency.

They keep calling me and my husband saying I owe money. They even have some of my information, I just wish they would leave me alone. I do not owe anybody, They have change the name of the company I owe three times.

2 calls no message left. Called back. line noise then call disconnects. Tried from cell and landline, same results

phone rings once maybe twice per day...when picked up no answer from their end

Calls several times per day. No answer or leaves no message...

They called and told me (recorded message) that I had not sent in my forms. Told me to hit some number to talk to an agent. I hung up. They have called me 4 times now and I am tired of receiving these calls. The tone was very threatening, an attempt to intimadate me.

Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. Thanks Charmaine.

Fraudulant Caller making idle threats!

This woman called and asked for "Karen". I told her she had the wrong number then she repeatedly called back hanging up when she would hear my voice. A total of 5 calls within a ten minute period of time. A week later she calls back and lets my phone ring over 15 times.

Called himself Mr Grant. He called on a restricted number and then give me the actual# He was trying to collect a debt . The info was unclear.

This is CitiCard - Calling on SEARS account/cards - SEARS is going broke, now that K-Mart owns them - They are DESPERATE for money, and have to resort to this in order to stay afloat. As long as you make a minimum payment, they can't touch you. Put them on your DO NOT CALL list .....
